Alfredo Bala<\/span> is a dynamic and passionate leader. A first-generation Cape-Verdean immigrant, he came to the U.S. seeking the American dream. Starting at the bottom, he worked minimum-wage jobs while learning English and attending school. Initially planning to climb the corporate ladder through education, his perspective changed when he discovered Network Marketing nearly 44 years ago.
