Admiraci\u00f3n por el campo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El equipo de ventas es el alma del marketing en red. Su pasi\u00f3n, dedicaci\u00f3n y esfuerzo son los que impulsan el \u00e9xito de la empresa. Por lo tanto, es esencial una cultura de respeto mutuo. La empresa debe admirar y apreciar activamente a los vendedores por sus esfuerzos, trat\u00e1ndolos no como subordinados, sino como socios. Este respeto y admiraci\u00f3n mutuos se convierten en la base de la confianza, la lealtad y el compromiso a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a05. Responsabilid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, pero no por ello menos importante, est\u00e1 la responsabilidad. La cocreaci\u00f3n no significa ausencia de responsabilidad. Tanto el equipo de ventas como la empresa deben cumplir sus respectivos compromisos. Esto incluye cumplir las promesas, satisfacer las expectativas y responder cuando las cosas no salen seg\u00fan lo previsto.
